These terms govern your use of SecuryTik's services, including the SAMM ISP management platform and the websites at securytik.com, samm.securytik.com, license-samm.securytik.com, and auth.securytik.com. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SecuryTik provides software (notably SAMM) for managing MikroTik-based ISP networks, plus the supporting identity, licensing, and marketing surfaces above. The exact features available to you depend on the plan associated with your account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password (at least 10 characters), enable two-factor authentication where supported, and don't share your credentials. You must give us a working email address; we'll use it for transactional notifications.

You may sign in with Google. We then only receive the data covered by the openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile scopes — see our Privacy Policy.

SAMM is licensed per device. Each device runs on a plan that caps its usage: Free (100 AAA subscribers, 500 hotspot cards, 2 NAS routers), Pro (2,000 subscribers, 5,000 cards, 5 NAS), or Pro Max (unlimited). All plans include every product feature; paid plans differ only in the caps and support level. Each device is identified by an install UUID issued at first registration; you cannot reuse a UUID once it's been registered to your account. You can revoke any of your devices at auth.securytik.com/profile/devices at any time.

5. Payments & plan changes

Paid plans (Pro, Pro Max) are purchased self-serve from the SAMM dashboard, billed monthly or yearly and paid in cryptocurrency (Binance Pay or USDT on TRC20 / BEP20 / ERC20). Subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-charge; we send renewal reminders before expiry. Pricing is whatever is published on the pricing page at the time of your purchase or renewal. 6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We may perform maintenance or roll out updates that briefly interrupt service.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse. If we terminate your account for cause, we may delete associated data immediately; otherwise data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuryTik's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be notified by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
